Your enquiry details

When you send an enquiry, the form gives us your name, phone number, email, postcode and whatever you tell us about the garden. We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. You cannot create an account here.

Who sees your enquiry

Your enquiry details are shared with the tradesperson who carries out the work, so they can deal with it.

Legal basis and keeping data

We process your details because you asked us to take steps before a possible contract, and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours. Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after we last hear from you and then deleted.

Form provider

Our enquiry form comes from HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), based in the United States, and is loaded from api.leadconnectorhq.com. Acting as our data processor, HighLevel holds the enquiries for us; this can mean your details go to the US, protected by the safeguards in its data processing terms. As the form opens it picks up standard technical data, including your IP address and browser type. It sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) and some local storage so it works and can record which page you enquired from, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are not a bot. Your browser settings let you remove this data at any time.

Where the site is hosted

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes basic technical information, including your IP address, to deliver it and protect it from abuse. No analytics tools, adverts or tracking cookies are used on this site.

Contacting us about your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how it is used or ask us to stop. Please write to 360 Media Works Ltd at the address above. If you're not happy with our answer, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) can help.
